Our values shape how we work together and how we welcome guests. Each element of hospitality operates in harmony.

Entrepreneurship

We are constantly challenging ourselves as a company, taking the audacious approach to do things our way, even if it’s not what’s expected. We also encourage our team to do the same and be the leader of their careers.

Collective

The only way we can do this is together. We listen with an open mind, step in and help when needed, and support every person on our team.

LOCATIONS

A journey that started in Paris, in the summer of 2007. A bar on a quiet street, the start of Paris’ cocktail renaissance. As the years went on, new chapters turned, from new cities, to restaurants and finally hotels. Today, Experimental can be found across Paris, London, New York, Venice, Verbier, Val d’Isere, Ibiza, Menorca and out in the British countryside. Each location inspired by the world around it.
