The Cowley Float
Set upon the tranquil waters of Cowley Manor Spa's pool, this one-hour floating sound bath invites you to surrender to a slower rhythm. Rest on a floating air bed as the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, a gong and guided breathwork ripple gently through the water, creating a deeply immersive moment of calm. No swimming is required—simply lie back, float, and let the experience unfold.
To mark the launch, join us for an exclusive introductory session on Thursday, 20 August, from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. Thereafter, The Cowley Float will take place twice a month, with sunrise and evening sessions at 6:30am and 8:00pm, outside of regular spa opening hours.
