Our ingredients are locally sourced from some of Menorcan's best producers with much plucked from our very own gardens. Located in the heart of our finca, just a short drive from Son Bou, our warm and attentive service caters both hotel guests and visitors, providing a wonderful culinary journey in the heart of the Balearics.

Mediterranean Table, from Day to Night‍

Spend a lazy lunch or dinner beneath the stars on our outdoor terrace or by the infinity pool where you can savour our Mediterranean menu while enjoying the Menorcan breeze. On cooler days, our indoor restaurant offers a warm refuge for lunch and dinner.

Our chef adds a touch of whimsy to local delicacies, crafting dishes with produce sourced from the area. The restaurant welcomes guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, where pan con tomate and fresh eggs can be enjoyed in in the morning and sharing plates and fish are the highlight of our lunch and dinner menus. Our extensive wine list features Spain’s finest small producer wines, and a cold beer or a cocktail is always just a few moments away. Whether it's a leisurely lunch on the terrace or a relaxed dinner at the finca, our restaurant embodies the essence of the Mediterranean's finest produce, shared from table to table.

A journey that started in Paris, in the summer of 2007. A bar on a quiet street, the start of Paris’ cocktail renaissance. As the years went on, new chapters turned, from new cities, to restaurants and finally hotels. Today, Experimental can be found across Paris, London, New York, Venice, Verbier, Val d’Isere, Ibiza, Menorca and out in the British countryside. Each location inspired by the world around it.
