Total Solar Eclipse
To mark the occasion, discover Helios Obscura (€18), a cocktail created exclusively for the eclipse. A luminous blend of mandarin, lime, agave syrup, Tequila Ocho Blanco, bergamot and Amaro Santoni, crowned with a calamansi-marinated citrus foam infused with smoked rosemary and lemon thyme. Or opt for Moonlight Shadow (€12), a vibrant non-alcoholic creation blending strawberry and mixed berries, oat milk, banana and fresh orange juice.
