A restaurant drenched in colour, a meal overlooking our pristine pool. Inside, echoes of windswept beaches where natural materials are intertwined with bright hues. Outside, a reminder of summer. A place where breakfast and lunch is served beneath blue skies, dinner is enjoyed beneath the stars and Sunday brunch is a moment to linger. Each meal is a parade of seasonal produce, Basque delicacies and fresh seafood.

Fine dining with a view in the heart of Biarritz

A celebration of the Basque Country, a nod to spontaneity. A restaurant near the beach where meals burst with colour and contrast, plates are delivered to share. Local ingredients are the star of the show: Ossau-Iraty, Bilbao burrata, St Jean de Luz bluefin tuna, a traditional Basque galette. In the background, birdsong and gentle breeze, a symphony of nature beneath blue skies and golden sun. Through the doors and on the poolside terrace, a touch of whimsy through the medium of terrazzo and arches that offer a reminder of Le Garage's past. Ames furniture and a grand wooden table for milestone meals for ten guests.

All year round, Sundays bring the arrival of brunch, a pause best enjoyed with friends as dishes are served while live jazz plays. A veritable icon on the Basque Coast, the perfect place for a quick breakfast, a poolside lunch, a dinner, or a last drink with friends.

Brunch to the sound of a band

A moment to unwind over brunch, an afternoon of live music every Sunday. During summer months, the warm breeze ushers in brunch served beside the pool. As cooler weather descends, brunch retreats inside, a cosy pause to end the week. Our brunch is a selection of fresh juices, savoury dishes and sweeter treats. Served to the sound of a live band every Sunday from 12pm-2:30pm for €39 per guest.

The pool will remain open for hotel guests only during Sunday Brunch.
