A haven of discovery for locals and travellers alike, Ristorante Adriatica sits just beyond our doors on the Giudecca Canal. A sweeping dining room, where booths and banquettes offer a place to sit back and soak up Venetian tradition focusing on innovation, creativity, and playfulness, offering a new way of interpreting Italian food. Just next door, Experimental Cocktail Club is tucked away, the perfect cocktail bar for a drink before dinner or a nightcap before retiring to bed.

The restaurant at Il Palazzo Experimental offers an intimate fine dining experience complemented by a terrace where outdoor tables are dotted along the canal each soaking up the gentle glow of the afternoon sun. Celebrated Italian chef Denis Begiqi sits at the helm. His menu is an exploration of playful interpretations of Italian food. Delicate Cichetti or Fried Octopus with blue crab bisque to start. Bread & Beetroot Gnocchi are served with smoked butter, horseradish and lovage and finally a traditional Tiramisù is anything but, with decadent mascarpone. Everything here, a nod to Venetian institutions reinterpreted.

Ristorante Adriatica serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and early evening drinks are also served in the idyllic secret garden tucked away behind the hotel, offering undisturbed view of the narrow canal and pontoon reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
