A new chapter in movement and wellbeing is taking shape at Cowley Manor, with the arrival of a newly refurbished gym this autumn.
At the heart of the new space, the latest Technogym Excite Live equipment brings together considered design, connected technology and high-performance training, creating a more elevated way to move.
The new gym will also welcome a dedicated fitness team, with personal training available alongside our ongoing programme of wellness experiences. From tailored training sessions to sports massage designed to support recovery and mobility, every element has been considered to make movement feel more personal.
Alongside the new gym, a programme of spa events will bring new ways to move, unwind and spend time at the Manor.
This is just the beginning of a new approach to wellness at Cowley Manor.

Breathwork session
Breathe & Flow is a 90 minute gentle breathwork and meditation experience designed to calm the mind, release stress and anxiety, regulate the nervous system and bring you back to presence.
Combining guided meditation with slow, deep, circular connected breathing to a curated music journey, this practice invites you to trust the wisdom of your own body. The session includes periods of guided breathing before transitioning into approximately 15 minutes of self-guided breathwork, allowing you to find your own rhythm and deepen your connection to yourself. Rather than striving for a particular outcome, you are encouraged to listen, soften and allow the breath to guide you inward.
Many participants experience a greater sense of calm, clarity, creativity and connection to themselves. Sessions conclude with gentle integration and can be tailored around a personal intention, challenge, creative block or area where you are seeking greater alignment and insight.
