From the beginning
A story that began in the summer of 2007, the first chapter for Experimental. A bar tucked away, the beginning of the cocktail renaissance in Paris inspired by New York's clandestine cocktail bars of the time. Today, the story continues across cities from London, Paris and New York, to Venice, Verbier and Val d'Isère and finally, the Cotswolds.

Basking in the sun’s warmth, a cocktail before dinner where classic Experimental cocktails are the highlight and ingredients are plucked from our gardens. As the sun sinks beneath the Menorcan horizon, something to sip by the pool, a nightcap beneath the stars. The perfect end to a summer’s evening.
Bar Regina Experimental
A tribute to the Belle Epoque beneath a legendary glass ceiling. The melodic hum of piano keys, the percussive echo of bartenders shaking tins of ice, cocktails freshly made. A pause before dinner, savour the last moments before sunset. An extension of dinner spent in the lounge, an excuse to linger longer letting the night carry on.
The Shell
A tribute to the seaside, a nod to Marie-Antoinette, a self-confessed lover of shells and mosaics. A cold weather refuge, where cocktails are sipped at the bar hidden away from the crowds on Les Grands Boulevards. Copper gleams, a rich patina ageing with time. The warmth of velvet chairs, the invitation to sip cocktails well into the night.

As winter descends on London, a Christmas treat returns but once a year. Behind the doors of Miracle at Henrietta, Santa’s elves head south to the heart of Covent Garden every November to debut a veritable tribute to Christmas cheer. Twinkling lights and tinsel, the scent of balsam fir, and most importantly, a menu filled with over-the-top cocktails.

An evening whisked away by cocktails, be it classic, vintage or something new. A moment hidden away in New York, Paris, London and Venice. A cocktail sipped at altitude in Verbier and Val d'Isère. A drink sipped by the fire in the Cotswolds. Each place uniquely different.
