When are the DJ nights at Experimental Cocktail Club Paris?

Who are the resident DJs at Experimental Cocktail Club?
Experimental Cocktail Club Paris has four resident DJs: Sokrates, Roman Kouder, Jordy and Hector Pizarro. Sokrates often holds the Saturday slot, while regular guests such as Dick Sant, Isa, Douglas Joyman and Staifan complete the monthly line-up.
Music has been part of ECC's identity since it opened in 2007. The founders wanted a bar that mixed Parisian elegance with the energy of New York nightlife, and the DJs follow the same idea.
What music is played at this cocktail bar with DJs in Paris?
The music follows the night. Early in the evening, the DJs play familiar, soulful records with a touch of disco while guests settle in. As the room fills, the tempo shifts gradually towards deep house.
That rhythm explains why the bar works for very different evenings: an apéritif at 7pm, catching up with friends at 10pm, or a late night that only ends at 4am on Friday and Saturday.
The setting suits it. The room keeps its exposed brick, patinated zinc counter, low sofas and chandeliers, first designed with Cuoco Black in 2007 and refreshed in 2025 by Dorothée Meilichzon.
Guest nights at Experimental Cocktail Club
Alongside its DJs, ECC regularly hands its counter to bar teams from Paris and abroad. In September 2026, Velour Copenhagen took over the bar for a packed night, and in October, Paris bar Povera came with Compass Box and Scrappy's Bitters. Guest nights are announced on the bar's Instagram account.
